For membership year 2025-26 there are two tiers of membership: Founding Member and Informed Member.

1. Founding Member Tier

Annual Dues: $15,000
Includes: 2 team members (additional members at $4,000/person)

Core Benefits:

• Full access to all Canopy Funders programming

• Attendance at the Annual Convening (in-person)

• Participation in five (5) virtual best practice meetings

• Optional participation in Mentor Circles

• Voting rights on group charter and priorities

• Full access to:

• The Canopy Map (funder activity database)

• Best Practice Repository (tools/templates)

• In-Kind Exchange (services to benefit grantees)

• Private digital platform and member directory

Time Commitment:

• Attend the Annual Convening (January)

• Attend at least 3 of the 5 virtual meetings

• Modest preparation time before meetings (~30 minutes)

2. Informed Member Tier

Annual Dues: $7,500
Includes: 2 team members

Core Benefits:

• Access to the Annual Convening

• Access to the Canopy Map

• Periodic updates from the network

• Ability to contribute resources to shared tools and communications

Time Commitment:

• Attend the Annual Convening

• Optional participation in other events (by invitation)
